Mobility and Employment in the Portuguese Engineering & Tooling Cluster

The competitive repositioning of Portuguese Engineering & Tooling sector, always will be a matter of increasing the competences and qualification of human resources, with a major goal for the next three years - to increase the creation of qualified jobs by 5% - according to the Strategic Plan for Engineering & Tooling Industry.

Faced with the challenge, Pool-Net in close coordination with its partners network, wants to be a facilitator and to promote intermediation to create favorable conditions to promote growth and sustainability of employment.

• Promoting mobility through exchanges and internships at national and / or international levels;  

• Encourage the integration of qualified staff in the sector of "Engineering & Tooling," by raising awareness of our scientific and technological partners for scientific and technological opportunities in the sector, mainly through participation in industrial projects;

• Promote agreements and cooperation protocols in the context of jobs and internships with our international partners.

• Being a liaison with businesses and other institutions, disclosing their job offers and internships;
