Engineering & Tooling from Portugal na feira MIDEST 2019 – Lyon – França 5 a 8 de março 2019



A França é o 2º cliente das exportações portuguesas, tendo representado em 2017 12.5% dos bens portugueses exportados. No que se refere à indústria dos moldes, a França ocupa a 3ª posição nos países de destino das exportações de moldes portugueses, tendo representado 12% do total de moldes exportados em 2017.

É neste contexto, e dada a importância das relações económicas e comerciais com a França, que a Pool-Net: Portuguese Tooling & Plastics Network participa na MIDEST, a feira internacional dedicada à subcontratação industrial, que terá lugar em Lyon, França, de 5 a 8 de Março de 2019. Esta feira conta com a participação de cerca de 1.100 expositores, repartidos por 30.000m2, esperando a visita de mais de 22.000 visitantes. 

A participação da Pool-Net: Portuguese Tooling & Plastics Network tem o objetivo principal de promover a marca Engineering & Tooling from Portugal e as competências da indústria portuguesa de moldes, ferramentas especiais e plásticos, nomeadamente o know-how, a qualidade, tecnologia e inovação, sustentabilidade social, networking e fiabilidade.

Esta participação enquadra-se no projeto HIGHSPOT, promovido pela Pool-Net, que visa a promoção internacional da marca coletiva “Engineering & Tooling from Portugal”, nos mercados internacionais estratégicos, contribuindo para o reforço do posicionamento das empresas do cluster Engineering & Tooling nos mercados setoriais para onde fornece e pretende fornecer, divulgando globalmente a imagem e as competências distintivas do cluster na conceção, engenharia e prototipagem rápida, fabricação de moldes e ferramentas e produtos plásticos. O projeto HIGHSPOT conta com o financiamento do Portugal 2020, no âmbito do Programa Operacional Competitividade e Internacionalização, no montante de 411.116 mil euros, provenientes do Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional.
